A booking is confirmed only when the requirements stated in your individual proposal or agreement have been completed and we have confirmed the booking.
Photography services are governed by a separate client agreement. That agreement controls service-specific matters, including payments, cancellations, rescheduling, travel, image delivery, and permitted use of client photographs. If these website terms conflict with a signed client agreement concerning photography services, the client agreement controls.
